The feeling I got when I visited this place for the first time was quite ambivalent. The hum of cars on the main road was constantly echoing. As a reminder to keep me from forgetting the city. But it was the most natural and green area I have seen since I arrived in this city. Walking around was enjoyable mostly when I was on the banks of the river wich covered the sounds of the cars.
After sometime walking in this huge natural space I managed to ignore this constant noise by focusing on my other senses. Then, my look was rambling around the trees and smal bushes, I could smell the pleasant odour of the different plants.
But there was always a moment when my look was catch by other things, reminding me that I was actually still surrounding by the city.
This is what I tried to report with this photograph. It’s exactly one of the moments I am talking about, when the sight of a building nestled between this vegetation reminded me of the proximity of the city.
